Topic: "Building a Highly Effective Cybersecurity Culture
Company culture is more important than ever. Work from home, low unemployment and the Great Resignation require us all to rethink culture. At the same time, ransomware, vendor compromise, BEC and countless other threats makes it more important than ever to have a strong security culture. Organization culture and security culture are not independent.
Join us at this event to learn the six principles of building a highly effective cybersecurity culture. You will learn how to embed security into everyone’s daily work while making you, the security team, a partner and enabler to safe business growth.
Speaker: Ken Ballard
Ken Ballard is a 20 year veteran in the cybersecurity industry. Ken has focused his career on the human side of cybersecurity such as building security-minded cultures, the human element of incident response, and business development. Ken is now working with the team at Security Pursuit to help develop services that address the technical and human element of cybersecurity.
